Overview / our approach

Supporting Independent Living with Compassion and Purpose

Residential Services are designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living within their homes and communities.

Support is tailored to each person’s needs and may include assistance with daily living, health support, skill development, employment readiness, and community participation.

The focus is always on independence, choice, and quality of life.

Living options

Flexible living supports tailored to individual needs

We offer multiple residential options to match different levels of independence and support requirements. Each option is designed to provide the right balance of assistance, structure, and freedom so individuals can live in a way that aligns with their goals and preferences.

Group Homes

Structured residential settings where individuals receive 24/7 support in a shared home environment.

A shared living environment where individuals receive around-the-clock support from trained staff. Group homes provide structure, safety, and opportunities for social connection while maintaining a comfortable home-like setting.

Staff assistance available as needed

Trained staff are available at all times to help with daily needs while maintaining comfort and safety.

Support with daily routines

Help with meals, hygiene, and schedules to build routine and confidence in everyday living.

Homes provide a safe, stable space with supervision to support comfort, security, and daily living.

Apartments

Semi-independent living for individuals who require some support but prefer more independence.

Apartment-based living allows individuals to maintain a higher level of independence while still having access to support when needed. Services are tailored to each person, encouraging autonomy and daily living skills.
