A connected community where ability creates Opportunity

Think Ability is more than a service provider. It is a connected system of support, learning, and opportunity designed to help people live full and meaningful lives.

Our focus is simple. Real support. Real work. Real community participation.

Our Network of Support

Think Ability is made up of interconnected programs and enterprises that support people across home life, work, and community engagement.

Supportive living environments

Residential Services

Supportive living environments including group homes, apartments, and in-home support. Individuals are supported with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, medication management, transportation, and building independence at their own pace.

Supportive living environments

Vocational Services

Job coaching, employment placement, and hands-on training that prepare individuals for meaningful work both in the community and within ThinkAbility enterprises.

Adult Day Services

Adult Day Services

A structured daytime program designed for individuals who are retired, transitioning, or not currently seeking employment. Focus is placed on engagement, routine, and purposeful daily activity.

Working Businesses

Community Enterprises

Our enterprises are working businesses that also serve as learning environments. They create real jobs, real experience, and real community impact.

Power Print

A full-service production shop offering screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, embroidery (coming soon), signage, vinyl work, and promotional products from small orders to large commercial runs.

The Ballroom

A third-floor event space used for private rentals and community gatherings such as themed teas, paint-and-sip events, and seasonal celebrations.

Harvest Kitchen

A production and training kitchen supporting baking operations and future culinary training programs designed to prepare individuals for food service careers.

Garden Café

A farm-to-table café serving daily lunch specials using ingredients from the garden, hub, and local partners, with limited delivery along Main Street.

Garden Market

A retail space offering curated goods including gourmet foods, personal care items, sensory products, gifts, kitchen goods, and grab-and-go meals prepared from the café.

Community Garden

A working agricultural space focused on planting, harvesting, aquaponics, seasonal crops, and flower production. Includes events like the annual Lady Bug release and a concierge pot service for homes and businesses.

This is not about fitting people into systems.
It is about building systems that fit people.

How Everything Connects

Every part of Think Ability is designed to work together, creating a continuous cycle of opportunity and community impact.

For too long, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have been placed outside of meaningful work, community engagement, and economic participation. Think Ability exists to change that by building real environments where people can contribute, learn, and be part of everyday community life.

We do not simulate opportunity. We build it into daily systems.
